Given the handmade nature of all products, all necklace & embroidery sales are final.

If you received a necklace as a gift and would like to exchange it, you may do so within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

For products from other brands that we carry, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom orders are always final sale.
